Ignoring downloads from a address is working now.
When the download window appears, click more and select do not capture download from this address.
Please make sure XDM browser monitor 1.4 is installed on your browser.
Hope this should fix your problem, if the problem still persists, please post url here so that I can check what is wrong

I tested the url's mentioned above and they works perfectly if you remove the PDF file extension from browser monitoring page.
Please double check the file types list.
Please post a screenshot of your browser monitoring page, version for XDM browser monitor and XDM version

its really strange. however as a last option try below steps:
1. open xdm, goto file-> exit
2. press Windows key+R to open run dialog
3. type %userprofile%.xdman
4. press enter
5. a folder should open. now delete config.txt
6. start xdm and remove pdf extension from browser monitoring page.

Hi, I'm on Win10, latest build with FF Q extension v1.5
And I want to tell XDM to IGNORE any PDF files that I download, because I prefer to preview them before downloading them into my computer.
How do I do that? EDIT: Found it, wasn't on advanced setting, instead on regular browser settings

Please add the new file extensions to the list seperated by comma.
For example if you want to add TXT file type just add ,TXT to the list
Goto browser monitoring page and add TXT file type to the list of file extension.
I works on my test system, if I remove the PDF extension.
Could you please post a screenshot of your browser monitoring page.
