• Post to the xCAT Mailing List, or search the archives - You can submit questions, complaints, praise, or comments. The list is actively monitored by both developers and users.

• Open a bug in xCAT's Bug Tracker. To open a bug, you need to first get a sourceforge id.
• Request a new feature - first look at the [Wish_List_for_xCAT_2] to see if your feature is already planned for a future version of xCAT.
• IRC - Sometimes xCAT people hang out at #xcat channel on irc.freenode.net .
• Buy an xCAT Support Contract from IBM through Passport Advantage.
