Hello,

As of now, I think your application is very cool, fast and very stable, and now I'm running the latest version, and some of my projects support php.7.0 or 7.1, but the latest version doesn't support php 7.0 and 7.1. I'm curious if you have any instructions on how to apply php 7.0 or php 7.1 to the WinNMP latest version.

I really appreciate your response and thank you so much.

Best Regards,
Tola

Not really a bug report but it does support them: https://sourceforge.net/projects/wtnmp/files/extras/

Instructions are at the bottom of that page.

You can also add other/newer PHP versions from windows.php.net. You'll need to download a PHP 'nts' (non thread safe) version. For example: https://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/archives/php-7.1.33-nts-Win32-VC14-x64.zip .

Extract the archive and put the directory in WinNMP\bin\PHP. Restart WinNMP and it should be in the list. If not, check your directory structure:WinNMP\bin\PHP\<yourphpversion>\php.exe

Keep in mind that the official PHP 7+ builds - unlike the WinNMP builds - do not include legacy extensions like php_mysql.

PHP 8.0 will also work just fine - just add 'php_gd.dll' to your php.ini if you use that extension. They've renamed it.

    • I understand that my bug report will be REJECTED without attaching log\winnmp.log: False --> True
