Can you restore previous version of MariaDB? Or fix current.
Current version is broken:

mysqld.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because server.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have the exact same error with the new versions. I tried to upgrade and all of sudden I am stuck.
