I added the new ZNC TCL patch, this one now works with ZNC-0.096 (older one only worked with ZNC-0.094 and before).

If you want to update your ZNC, please use this file to not break the TCL System (wont compile).

NOTICE: due to some strange bug, this wont compile when modperl is enabled, if you need modperl please stay with 0.094.

I added some more modules:
The mirc relay script, Mirc NFO check script, ZNC TCL module patch and some others.

Also some database examples.

The Webapi changed, output is now clean from our output, so users can build their own scripts with the returned data,
Read \HTDOCS\webapi\README for instructions.

Triggers/CMDs stay the same, only the output has changed, except TIME and TIME2 which stayed the same as before.
