These errors were reported by some gentoo users who use
bleeding edge stuff. I'll attach the patch I used to
work around this problem in .20 for gentoo when crypto
stuff is used and libgcrypt > 1.1.12 is installed. You
will likely want to detect this in the configure script
and use some #ifdefs, I think.

still working on this; at the moment I can't figure out what the gnutls
and gcrypt people did to certificate handling to break mutt (and similarly
wmbiff which steals from the mutt code).
as soon as I figure out how to accept stored certificates, I'll have a
wmbiff release that uses newer gcrypt and gnutls libraries. In the
meantime, there's configure --disable-crypto
