#1 Make Putty's window to be resized
Known issue with Putty - it doesn't want to be resized from external punches. The thing which makes it happy is sending WM_ENTERSIZEMOVE and WM_EXITSIZEMOVE messages, so here is short patch. Btw, every program should win from this cuz this messages should be sent when user does smth to window.
Issue: with "Alt" pressed, putty doesn't want to resize anyway, u need to release "Alt" key and move mouse - then resize happens. Other apps (tested on uTorrent & notepad ) works nice.
