#32 DDE not working when run from shell/open/command

single instancing is configured like this and works fine when the exe is run "normally":

dde.enabled=true
dde.class=foo.bar.xyz
single.instance=dde

I can see in OutputDebugString that single instance is enfored:

[warn] Single Instance Shutdown

But when I associate the exe with a file extension and have shell/open/command run it with "x.exe %1" single instance does not work. I see nothing in the log which gives me a clue what happens.

used version: 0.43 on Win 7 x64
