#21 Small Icon not correctly shown in GUI launcher

I have an ICO file with 16x16, 32x32 and 48x48 versions inside.
I embed this in the launchers.
Unfortunately the GUI launchers (32bit and 64bit) don't show the 16x16 version but the WinRun4J 16x16 icon is shown instead, the running man.
This is so e. g. in the explorer views "Details" and "List" and also in the taskbar when there is e. g. the "Faild to find or load ini file." error message.
I didn't see any 16x16 place where the icon was shown correctly.
In the console versions of the launchers the 16x16 icon is shown correctly.
This is true for Windows XP 32bit and also Windows 7 64bit.

It might be worth running RCEDIT /C on the launcher to remove all existing resources.
