#5 Automatic creation of folders using "Title Abbreviation"

An option needs to be available when adding a journal
for the articles to go directly to a folder using the
Journal "Title Abbreviation" (e.g. for the "New
England Journal of Medicine, the articles will go to a
folder called "N Engl J Med") instead of going to the
inbox. It may be best to have this option for each
journal instead of being a general option.
