When comparing folders, I want files to show up as identical when the only difference is an svn keyword comment (e.g. * $Id: filename.h 27703 2007-12-14 23:42:51Z username $). I've got a line filter that correctly matches that line, however, when comparing a folder with dozens of such files, I'd like winmerge to consider these files as identical. It looks as though line filters may not be able to do this and that I need a plug-in -- if this is the case, is anyone aware of a plug-in that filters timestamps/svn keywords from a file? thank you, bcreane |
