I don't think anybody is working on Portuguese (Portugal).
We try to stay fairly updated on the status of translations here:

As you can see we have a Portuguese (Brazilian), but it's getting old, and
nobody seems to maintain it anymore.

You are very welcome to make a Portuguese (Portugal) translation.
We have provided instructions for translators at
