#2231 WinMerge two panel compare as a replacement to TortoiseSVN does not show changes between versioned shortcuts

When use Winmerge as replacement to TortoiseSvn in a two panel compare, then the WinMerge does not show changes made inside the *.lnk files. Instead it shows changes of the referenced filed between previous version file and the Working Copy, which is invalid compare, because has changed not the referenced files but shortcuts itself.
