when i put the upload limit to 63.99 kb/s the upload
goes to 63.99. If i make the upload a bit higher 64.01
the actual upload speed drops dramaticly to 30/40 kb/s.
If the limit is lowered to 63.99 again they upload speed
returns to this value.

What's the maximum bandwidth your connection can handle? Did
you check the speed from another external program? Lopster's
bandwidth display sometimes loses precision when it hits the
maximum supported by the connection.
If it's really uploading slower, inform your system details.

my max upload speed is not even near the 64 barrier.
this b.t.w. only happening when with 2 uploads. with 1 or 3
uploads no problem
