#237 Creating UV texture fails

Hi all. I've been using Wings3D for a bit now and I LOVE it! However, I am having a problem with creating UV textures. I want to create a template for making a UV map. So I right click on the UV viewer window, and click "Create Texture," enter in a blue background and black edges (only the borders), and hit OK.

Shazam, I get an error. The dump is attached.

I saw another person have the same problem on the bug reporter, but his just magically fixed itself. Mine stays regardless of the options. Using v1.1.7
