Works when inside own lan, but not outside. This was
posted here before in bugs, but now it's gone? Why?
There is definitely something wrong and not a
configuration issue. I know my setup is working
because if I send the magic packet within a few
seconds after I shutdown my computer, it works. It
doesn't after a few seconds since router forgets the IP
assigned to the comp. It's not properly broadcasting
the magic packet.
