[Webvcrplus-help] No stations

I've installed webvcr+ but all what I get is "No stations" in the left
frame of the page. I can't go forward. Maybe the database is empty but I
haven't experience with databases. 

My ./listings.pl worked fine with tv_grab_es. I use Mandrake 9.2.
