[Webvcrplus-help] uadio popping in recording

I know that this is not strictly a problem with webvcr+, but I am hoping
that someone might have had this happen and can suggest a solution.

When I record from my capture card (ATI TV-Wonder) I get a rhythmic
popping from the audio. This happens with nvrec, ffmpeg and mjpegtools,
so I don't think that it is software related. It also happens on two
separate machines, both with the same capture cards, but different
sound cards, etc. I have tried switching from cd input to line in with
no success.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on and what I can do about it?
