[Webvcrplus-help] Pre-recording commands?

Where in the setup (if at all) would it be possible to set up commands to be executed
before recording begins? For instance, my wife and kids will, a lot of times, fire up
xawtv/motv when they are in the office, and on a few occasions, I have missed
recordings because the xawtv session gets minimized. I would like to execute a pkill
xawtv a few seconds prior to record time. Could this be done?
