[Webvcrplus-help] listings.pl patch, fix to favorites bug?

I got a patch from gnome444 ( Shane Shrybman ) .  It turns out on some
mysql installs, the auto_inc field does not reset when you delete
everything from a table.  This was causing the sid in the station table to
get off after every update.

This could be causing the problem that people are having with their
favorites stations getting off.  I just put the change in CVS (remeber the
web version is 24 hours behind)

Please try it and see if it fixes the favorites problem.
