#21 installation issue

Installation does not work on a SuSE 8.2, where the web server
directory is different from the "hardwired" /var/www. Also, the
setup of the user privileges for MySQL don't work. The
config.php doesn't update the database at all, for some reason.

Updating the database, was the global setting for php ...

But here's the deal. XMLTV fetches the listing, but the listing only
contains the programs and not the channels. Thus, nothing is ever
inserted ... as its checked against existing channels, before inserted
and previous channels are deleted, when listings.pl is run.
