VCHistoryTranslator using version count on output like:

chooses a brighter color for the first 1.25 line than
for the rest.
VCHistoryTranslator.handleWidget currently has a
special case to give the most recent version a brighter
color. However, it only applies it to the first line it
comes to ("max"). If there are multiple lines of the
most recent revision, only the first will be highlighted.
