#18 Problem using danish characters in wiki links

Using the danish characters in wiki links causes the WikiService to bugger up the name of the file even though the file has the correct name and all html references are correct:
WikiServices.static:detail: Getting services for [/wiki/M%C3%B8rkeHeste%C3%86%C3
%98%C3%85%C3%A6%C3%B8%C3%A5Test]...

Should have been:
WikiServices.static:detail: Getting services for [/wiki/MřrkeHesteĆŘĹćřĺTest]...
