jWorks is a lightweight MVC system implemented by JAVA, build on Turbine
and WebWork. Support Turbine's five layer module as Layout, Navigation,
Page, Sreen and Action.

jWorks provide a new RunData object using the way of WebWork, seperated
each layer with Web Layer, and give a light way to be testable and
portability.

Using xWork Action framework to replace turbine action loader.
