This function would allow the automatic and random allocation of students to groups, for the academics using the system to assist in the speed of setting up an assessment.
To echo this, I've had colleagues who would like this feature too. They would like to assign groups external to WebPA and then be able to upload these groups and have them automatically be created in WebPA.

might want to look at incorporating Rose-Hulmans Teammmaker....lets you survey students and build groups from results
