* Documentation has been updated and released
* A few bug fixes with the install script

* Major improvements to documentation
* Fixed the 'test.pl' for Makefile
* Fixed the 'use webdhcpd' line in webdhcp_server which referred to the wrong module

There were several small updates to Webdhcp. Most notably, an install and uninstall shell script were created.
