Hey Marc,

Thanks for the great backup application. From what I can tell, this is the best place to contact you regarding any questions about the project, so here is a quick summary of my issue. I have just installed webbackup on my site and I am getting the following error in the schedule report:

File Compress - Fail to create a compress file

I am just trying to backup the files on this site. From what I can tell the files are not able to be compressed. Could it be that there is some size limitation that is causing this error? If so, what are the limits or where can I change them?

Also, I have noticed that there is an error reading the file directory:

Reading Folder - Directory ('home/username/public_html/') is NOT readable.: Error!

Do you mind commenting as well on what could be causing this problem?
