#1343 GRANT fails on users with dashes in name

I have a PostgreSQL user called php-adp. I am trying to
use the grant interface to assign priviledges to that
user. On select the user and priviledges, and clicking
Save I get an error like this:

failed : parser: parse error at or near "-" at character XX

I think the user should be put in quotes. If I go into
the command line psql interface, I get the same error
running the SQL statement, but it works if I put the
user in quotes.

Thanks for the bug report - this will be fixed in the upcoming 1.120 release
of webmin.
