#1338 Calamaris changes

When running calamaris-2.58 from webmin, I get the
following error.

You shouldn't use -w, -W and -m anymore and use -F
instead

For now Calamaris maps the old switch to the new, but
the workaround will be removed at end of 2003

I will change the way webmin determines the command-line arguments for
Calamaris in the next release, so that it detects which version is being run
and works out the arguments automatically. That will be cleaner that
allowing the user to specify them in the Module Config page, as is done now
..
