#68 Lines can't be wrapped

While most code would not normally be displayed with line-wrap, if students submit README or other explanatory text files, it makes it very hard to read long lines if they are not wrapped at all.

Fix: a checkbox widget in grading interface to display file with line-wrap; or, display .txt files with line-wrap.
