There is new version 0.9.1 of the tool which can generate RTP data flow from wave files, emulate network losses and delays and save output into pcap or wav format. Minor fixes and one good thing: .deb package which works at least under Debian Etch.

There is new version 0.9 of the tool which can generate RTP data flow from wave files, emulate network losses and delays. Completely renewed internal filter-based structure, new command-line options and new simplified way to create own RTP filters (input, intermediate or output).
