Ver 0.21

Ok, finally worked out why the zips would'nt unzip (actually thats a lie.....used a diffrent sipper and that seemed to work, so still have no idea why the zips failed to unzip). Also while doing that found a few bugs in the ver 0.2 release, so fixed them.
To use the release install it, then click on update files and press "use url" and then "save" and it will set itself up for the "fluffyworld campaign". the click on qui(somthing) on the map, and you will be able to see the planet and who controls what etc.
Further... Next step is to change the web page that the chat system defaults to, so as to use a open source chat JIRC.
(i think as it i,s this prog is still ok as open source because the JIRC is on a web page, so the program just points to it...can be changed with 2 lines of code as soon as i find a third party opensource/Public domain java IRC system to use)

Re-write

First big update ....in order
1) First planets symbuls changed so represent the races involved.
2) Update method changed to allow people who are not in the fluffyworld campaign to connect to thier own files.
3) Quadrent map intergrated, only 1 planet avilable so far (allthough that is enough if people want to start playing games)
4) Found a copy of the GPL to stick in the distros

Next stage

have begun to work on updating the files using the maps and resources that fluffy has put together at www.fluffyworld.co.uk. Hopefully the next version will have the game universe as fluffy sees it (all 8 worlds + space)

First files updated

First files for this project have been uploaded, (our will have been by the time you read this). Both the VB code and the installable files. It should be considered under a GPL even though I forgot to add the GPL to the EXE and the source if you wish to read the GPL it is here : http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
All it does so far is allow you to log on to the chat site, our view the battlefileds (and edit number of troops in each terroritry)
