vRenamer Start Screen Appears but Never Runs

Hello!

I've been using vRnamer 1.5.8 for months (running on Windows 7) -- and
absolutely love it! However, all of a sudden, I can't get the application
to open. When I enter "start vRenamer_1.5.8.exe" from the command prompt,
the start screen / vRenamer logo appears, flashes for a few seconds, and
then nothing happens; the app won't run. Unfortunately, I'm not the "IT"
guy, so do not have administrative privileges (as in, can't modify values
with regedit or anything like that). Anyone have any ideas what's going on
and how to fix it? Have already deleted/uninstall/reinstalled several times
on two different computers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi

In your home directory, you can find a folder called vRenamerOptions. Inside that folder, remove the file called vrenamerLast and see if that fixes it.

Hope it helps, the project is discontiued due to lack of time right now and I can't upload new versions for now.
