A lot of internal changes. Highlights include:
* Support for multicast for Vypress Chat protocol;
* Win32 improvements (tray icon, idle - tracking).

0.4 had a stupid bug where text could not get posted to channel and private sessions.

More features, refinements and bugfixes.

vqcc-gtk 0.2-pre1 has been uploaded to sourceforge.net file download system. Still a pre1, in case it crashes for someone.
