Ok guys, since your webcams are connected, the problem must be caused by the format.
Open the DevicesFinder class and try different values for 'prefFPS'; the current value is 30.0f; perhapse your webcam cannot support 30 frames per second, so try for example 15 fps, compile, and run.
If the problem still occurs try to change 'prefEcnoding' to 'YUV' for example.
If the problem stays, I'm sorry I don't know what seems to be the problem.
When you try different frame rates try to get the highest rate to get the best execution during the tracking (try 15 fps if it works; try 20 fps if it works; try 25)
Good luck...

I am having problems compiling the project because of my unfamiliarity with Java. I was wondering if you can give instructions on how to accomplish a recompile and/or upload a precomiled class to augment the files you have on your website
Thank you

So, I have found ways to get around needing to download graphbuilder.com and have sucessfully recompiled the program with YUV, RGB, and all acceptable framrates as well as resolutions with no sucess of the program running. I am using a generic webcam from IC Media Corp which connects to the Microsoft WDM Image Capture. I have also tried this with an Intel Camera Pro Cs430 with no luck as well.
If possible, please provide a list of tested camerals that you have been able to connect to sucessfully or at least the one you have used in your documentation.
Thank you
