New features:
- User Button Tooltips now contain user definable text

Fixed:
- Minimize to tray on Windows (not thoroughly tested)
- Show vdr's responses should work a little better using a
hardcoded timeout

Minimize to tray works on Windows 2000 + wxWidgets 2.6.2,
should also work on other Windows platforms in the upcoming
binary.
