#43 Toolbar menu

I desire a menu item to drop down from a toolbar, much
like IE or Firefox's menus which dropdown from Back or
Forward. A small triangular down-arrow would be
displayed next to the icon; when the arrow is clicked,
a popup menu will scroll down, displaying menu items.

Upon initial inspection, the gambit looks fairly easy,
a simple combination of ToolbarItem and PopupMenu.
