programming failed on MC9S12C128CFUE

Hello,

I am trying to program a MC9S12C128CFUE.
But it absolutely does not want to work.

I can create a dump, I can read the ID and I can also delete the MC9S12C128CFUE.
Except for programming, everything works perfectly.

When I then try to program the chip I always get the error message:

Programming of the target falsh failed!
Reason: Internal programming error - please report

Can someone help me please?
Is there a way to log what is going wrong?

i try the version 4.10.6.250a and this version works.
I thinks it's a bug in des latest software!!
