URL-Checker has been built completely new.

Changes:
- new design and new features
- higher usability
- some bugs have been fixed
- proxy-server works now
- URL-Checker now uses Swingworker and runs with JRE 6 only.

Improvement: URL-Checker can now easily be started by executing a jar-File.

This feature calculates the relative availability of the checked URL. The percentage is shown on the GUI and in the logfile.

There are 2 editions of URL-Checker available: a commandline-based, "batchable" edition and the GUI-edition.
Improvements to the code will be accepted warmly!
