IP Address Setting(Windows)

This section explains how to set the IP address for windows.

*This operation changes the network setting. If you use a PC connected to the network by wired network, you may not be able to connect to the network.
In such a case, I recommend you connect with a network adapter with USB connection.

1. For Windows7

First, open the Control Panel.

Click "Network and Internet".

The network status appears.

Click the network adapter that is connected to URG.

The status of the network adapter appears.

Click "Properties".

The setting items appears.

2. For Windows10

First, open the Windows Settings.

Click "Network & Internet".

The network status appears.

Click "Change adapter options".

Double click the network adapter that is connected to URG.

The setting items appears.

3. Common for Windows 7 ・10

Click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)", and then click "Properties".

IP address configuration appears.

Click "Use the following IP address", and enter the IP address.

Since the initial setting of URG IP address is "192.168.0.10", Set it to 192.168.0 and set the fourth value to 1 to 254 other than 10.

Subnet mask is automatically entered when IP address is entered, but please enter "255.255.255.0". You do not have to enter any other items.

Setup is now complete.

You can use the IP Changing Tool or the UrgBenriPlus to set the IP address of the URG compatible with Ethernet.
