#6 Prioritize outgoing state transitions

In some cases, several outgoing transitions can apply. In these cases we need a deterministic way to control, which transitions is selected.
Therefor we need to prioritize outgoing transitions. If more then one outgoing transition for an event with valid guard is available, the transition with highest priority will be executed.
The priority is stored as sequence on the transition. The sequence number is an integer object and would allow values between 0 … 1.000.000.000.
