Submitted the first set of packages: Monitor, the java service to monitor hosts availability collecting data on a MySQL database, Frontend, the PHP web-based interface to browse data collected by the Monitor package, and JavaService, used to run Monitor as a Windows service. The last one is optional and should be stable.
