Commit [11cbf0] Maximize Restore History

ul_drv: initial support for ARM AMBA PL011 found on Raspberry Pi.

Tested only to build and match AMBA devices nodes and setup
driver. The U450_BYTES_PER_REGS has to be overridden to 4,
because it is not runtime configurable yet.
