Please excuse my non-answer from so long ago. UIChat 1.07 (the command line version which depends upon AX25 being installed in Linux) is now on github as well as here. UIChat 2.x is now sadly lost due to a source code mishap. I find myself wanting a UI to coexist with an APRX sytem, so I may actually extend 1.07 to include MQTT and a web interface in order to link them all together.
