I installed twotonedetect60 it detects the tones and records the messages ok but will not send them to my smart phone. I have tried a number of settings and nothing is working. Can you help?

  My first guess would be that you may not have ffmpeg.exe downloaded and installed properly, but the folks at the forum can help you narrow down the issue.
