#695 tvtime-scanner cannot detect any channel

AverMedia TVTuner98 is installed and successfully detected in system. bttv successfully detected the tv-tuner (that's seen in dmesg), but 'tvtime-scanner' cannot detect any channal in all frequences. Signal in the cable is present.

OS: Mandriva 2008 x86-64
Videocard: GeForce 6150
