#674 Please add commands for dedicated settings

This is a wishlist item.

Please let tvtime-command have commands for setting parameters like input source to a particular value.

Toggling these values is inappropriate for an automatized startup. At start of tvtime it is not known in which state it had been terminated.

Alternatively, even better, let a startup setup be configurable. So that all settings are normalized to a certain configuration on each startup. Starting from known settings toggles are appropriate tools.
