When using NexTView EPG and tvtime interaction, there's
a bug when title contains characters with accents.

Suppose the following examples:
1) 03:44-03:45 Météo
2) 06:40-07:20 Caractčres accentués dans le titre

When encountering the above titles, tvtime will display
1) 03:44-03:45 M
2) 06:40-07:20 Caract

It don't display the character containing the accent
and then wipe the end of the title.

I forgot to give the software versions used here when
    experiencing the bug.

    - tvtime 0.9.15
    - nxtvepg 2.7.4

As far as I remember this bug is here since tvtime supports
interaction with nxtvepg (around 0.9.13 IIRC).

I've launched tvtime from an xterm (I never had the idea to
do this :-/) and I got the following error message when
tvtime tries to display a title containing accents:
leetft: Can't decode UTF-8, invalid character? String truncated.

Is that problem coming from tvtime or from nxtvepg ?!

My system uses UTF-8 as default charset.
