#125 No sound from 8th string

Tuxguitar allows you to create a "tuning" with 8 or more strings.
Extended range guitars are in wide usage now, not just a specialty item.
It would free up channels in my composition if I didn't have to simulate an ER guitar with two instruments for upper and lower registers.

Things that work:
Saving an 8 string composition in .tg format
Tablature/Note entry on 8 string guitar tuning

Things that do not work:
Playback of 8th string notes
Not as important, saving 8 string compositions in .gp5 format (did not test any others)
