This version has had the the logging improved. It now creates a separate processing logfile for evry dir/zip passed. All errors still goto a single log.

It now also retains original external timestamp on unmodified files.

Okay, so we've finally gotten things together for the first release. So far there are gzipped tar files for the source and binaries for Windows and SuSE. We will post more binaries as soon as we have them.
